Exercise overhaul and celebrations Update!

A new update for IMMERROCK is now available!

We've reworked the course and exercise system to create a more meaningful and rewarding experience when learning guitar and bass! We've integrated Note Detection into the courses, added celebrations and exercise now get more challenging as you master your skills.

🎸 Course & Exercise System Overhaul
Courses now use Note Detection, have new exercise types (Wait Mode, Song Tempo, Song Mastery), and exercises scale in difficulty as you level up. Stars are reworked and only earned in supported exercises.

🎉 New Celebrations, Feedback & UI Improvements
Revamped Exercise Goal and Finish UIs, added particle effects, cheering, celebration visuals, and a new result sequences. Clearer goals and more rewarding feedback throughout practice.

🔧 New Automation Tools & Bug Fixes
Added Auto Speed Up and Auto Restart (when using Note Detection) to help progression. Plus numerous UI fixes, exercise corrections, navigation fixes, and a crash fix.

• Reworked the Star reward system
  • Only certain exercises can reward stars.
  • Stars can only be earned when Note Detection is available.
• Added more exercises to the current available courses.
• Added New exercise types.
  • Added Wait Mode exercises. These are available when using Note Detection. IMMERROCK will wait until you play correctly.
  • Added Song Tempo exercises. An opportunity to play songs at your own speed.
  • Added Song Mastery exercises. Earn stars based on your song performance.
• Reworked exercise goals
  • Added a new Exercise Goal UI, which displays Exercise name, current Star level, and objectives.
  • Metronome and Song Section exercises get more difficult as you level up.
• Reworked Exercise Finish UI
  • Added a sequence highlighting your results
  • Added new phrases depending if you failed, completed the exercise, gain 1 or 2 stars, or gained 3 stars.
  • Selecting continue now takes you to the Course Menu.
  • Added a Keep Practicing option to go back to the exercise.
• Added celebrations sound and visual effects.
  • Added a Level Up particle effect when completing an exercise goal.
  • Added cheering sound effects when completing an exercise.
  • Added various particle celebrations when completing an exercise.
  • Added cheering sound effects when finishing playing a song.
• Added Auto Speed Up settings to Song Sections.
  • Available when using Note Detection.
  • If enabled, the playspeed for the song section will increase if you play certain cycles above the target accuracy.
  • Default when enabled is 1 cycle at 100% accuracy.
  • Added Speed Up particle effect.
• Added Auto Restart settings to exercises and Song Sections
  • Available when using Note Detection.
  • If enabled, the exercise, song, or song section will auto restart if your accuracy drops below a target value.
  • Default when enabled is 100% accuracy
• Added numerations to courses titles
• Fixed Course Menu 'Go To Next Exercise' button not going to the Next Exercise node.
• Fixed overlapping text on a UI.
• Fixed various exercises with small errors.
• Fixed various UI issues.
• Fixed song lyrics sometimes becoming visible when browsing through the song catalog.
